EORTC-DeCOG nomogram predicting recurrence, distant metastasis and overall - Evidencio
EORTC-DeCOG nomogram predicting recurrence, distant metastasis and overall mortality in melanoma patients with positive sentinel lymph nodes
This validated model estimates the 5-year risk of recurrence, distant metastasis and overall mortality in melanoma patients with positive sentinel lymph nodes. The c-index for the recurrence, distant metastasis and overall mortality model was 0.68, 0.70 and 0.70 respectively, and 0.70, 0.72 and 0.74 respectively in external validation.

The model is not appropriate for melanoma patients who did not undergo sentinel lymph node biopsy or those who have negative sentinel lymph nodes.
